Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage administrative tasks efficiently, utilizing MYOB for accounting duties and accounts payable.
✅ Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, documentation management, and coordinating HR-related activities.
✅ Leverage your knowledge of mine site operations to assist with site compliance and equipment maintenance.
✅ Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
🔹 Proficiency in MYOB accounting software and experience in accounts payable.
🔹 Understanding of HR processes and procedures.
🔹 Knowledge of mine site operations.
🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Finco Solutions are currently seeking a 2nd – 4th year Boilermaker Apprentice

Finco Solutions is an innovative workshop with skilled and experienced tradespeople.
We are seeking a mature-minded 2nd – 4th year apprentice to join our team.

Finco offers an array of work from light aluminium sheets to heavy industrial Dump Truck Trays and Excavators.
We are an ideal place to start if you’re looking to make your way into the mining industry. With our own in-house waterjet and drafting parts are precision cut for you. Check out our page and send your current resume detailing what year and trade code you are currently training.

We are conveniently located in Paget and are currently offering in excess of 50hours per week
