“We used i-inspect for our building and pest inspections. I started by jumping online to book the inspections but was unsure of what I needed so called in. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and told me if I wanted it done the next day, Steve was available at 11am. So I finished my booking for the next day, only to receive a call about 5 minutes later to say I had booked it for the following week and did I want to book the next day. Needless to say our cooling off period would have ended by then so she changed my booking for me.

Steve was amazing. He took photos of everything and video of issues he wanted to show us in better detail. We received the reports on the same day. Steve also took the time to discuss the reports with me and was very helpful in answering my questions. The reports actually helped us get a $10k reduction in the sale price. Well worth the money spent.”

It doesn’t happen often, however our director Steve decided to put on his Project Manager hat and undertake the following renovation for a good client of his! We hope you enjoy the before and after photos as much as he enjoyed the renovation process…..
