Just shipped this new XL6 to fit to a Turbo-charged V8 Coyote Mustang Time Attack car in the USA.

This particular car will be producing extremely high levels of boost, power, torque and everything that goes with it. But with the XL6 being developed for off-road Trophy Trucks, we’re not expecting any issues.

If the question is “how much can this take?”, the answer back will be “how much you got?”.

This was the very first MF-E we made.

July 2011. #1.

After 15 years it’s back for its 2nd service. Last time we saw it was 2019.

It’s been used in a gravel rally car with a 36mm restrictor, so whilst not the most powerful setup, lots of Torque and being a rally car, lots of shock loading.

Those who know this car, also know it does A LOT of kms. Both testing and any event it can get too.

It’s very reliable and very competitive.

Both times it’s been serviced it’s gotten some new parts, sure, but it’s ready again to go out and send its EVO 9 up the road as fast as it can go.

This is why the MF-E was invented. This is why you buy a Holinger Gearbox in general. Think years or decades of use. Not in terms of only your next race meeting…….
