Last week we celebrated International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) with Sam Bloom , two-time World Para Surfing champion, bestselling author and inspiration behind the #1 Australian box-office hit movie Penguin Bloom. Sam's story is undeniably raw and unconventional - she spoke on finding hope and light in the depths of despair and how to defy and conquer any limitations with optimism and grace.

IDPwD aims to challenge conventional and stereotyped perceptions of disability. Our passion for inclusion is the reason IDPwD with Sam Bloom was our third Diversity Speaks event for 2021.
