Be an educated buyer .... get not only property reports on the property you are looking at but everything else that has sold in the area recently to see what similar properties have sold for. Ask the agent why they think this property is worth 600k when a very similar one sold for 550k down the road a month ago! Why pay $20k more than you have to .... get in touch if you want any info on properties you are looking at.

Have you got negative equity in your house and on a rubbish interest rate? As long as you have had your loan a year you should be able to fix some at a decent rate ..... message me for more info. You just need to be aware about your lenders rules around fixed loans so that you dont incur unwanted costs.
