We are pretty fussy when it comes to details. That’s why our inspection process is so important to us. Our QC persons on the ground—Misar in China and Heppy in Indonesia—check our products before they are dispatched to our warehouse. It takes a lot of extra time traveling to the 50+ factories we deal with, but they want to make sure items are finished correctly, and issues are fixed where possible or rejected.
