💚Green light :
We encourage to give it a go , don’t fear the consequences, encourage the mistakes, give them a chance to try it , work at it, then believe in it.
💛Yellow light:
We consider factors that may indicate a player needs to slow down.
Soreness, tiredness, family issues, social / school pressures.
We ensure not to push harder, we check in , ask the questions, listen to their needs.
❤️Red light:
We ensure to encourage when to stop .
Injuries, illness or mental fatigue
Red light is NOT a failure, it’s recognition, it takes more courage to say I need to stop than to keep going when you shouldn’t
Player welfare comes first, its not about the money , its all about the member.
No result, no game , no training session is more important than the person in front of you.
Most importantly we don’t chase our members, we don’t put pressure on our members, and we don’t create conflict of interest for our members.
We are just here for when our members need us , then we do what we love to do .
