I was overwhelmed by the response to my ADHD post yesterday and I wanted to say thank you for all the support and understanding it was so positive! I also had a few messages around how to know if you may be ADHD yourself. So I thought I’d share this. There is a tonne of info out there.

I personally sought diagnosis because I was at a point where I was really struggling with quite a few areas and just really needed help. So I would say no matter what it may be called, if you know in yourself that things aren’t right or you are struggling, seek answers, seek help and don’t stop till you get the help you need.
