Meg getting strong! 100kg for a double!

@pockettree aka megatron hitting 100kg for a double on the trap bar deadlift! Awesome seeing the team hit a lot of PBs this week. The last week of the program everyone hits heavy 2s to see how much stronger they’ve gotten after the preceding 3 weeks of training. Steady progress month in and month out is what training is all about!

First off, a huge thank you to Bill for everything you've built — the community, the culture, and the care you’ve poured into this place. It’s an honor to continue that work.

Our focus moving forward is simple: keep growing the community, offer great coaching, and make sure everyone who walks through the door feels supported — whether you’re here for your first class or your hundredth.
