Athena Training is looking forward to delivering our SMILE Customer Service course for the Security Sector tonight.
This course explores the expectations of the industry and uses some realistic role plays to reflect the challenges students are most likely to encounter on the job.
SMILE is designed to spark meaningful conversations, encourage new ideas, and strengthen confidence and problem‑solving skills in real world security scenarios.
