We all know the pizza bases are 1500/10 so we have topped one with béchamel, cheese, feta, fried capers and dill and baked until perfect.
Then we are topping with smoked salmon, scattering with rocket and finishing with a jazz of lemon.

I had to eat about 9 of these, just to make sure they were as delish as I thought. Not all at once, but closer together than you should eat that much pizza…
