As the co-founder and Chief Operations and People Officer of Transeal Projects, she brings both heart and grounded leadership to the work she does.

A strong advocate for mindfulness, gratitude and mental wellbeing, Ngan believes true success is created from the inside out. Through her coaching and ventures, including co-founding Flying Pigs Adventures, she is dedicated to helping both adults and children live more connected, conscious and fulfilling lives.
