Unison Built has been engaged by Triple Eight Capital to undertake the fit-out of their new corporate headquarters on St Kilda Rd.

The works include the removal of existing offices and new fit-out including electrical works, flooring, and new workstation installations.

This project will be delivered in conjunction with JLL commercial leasing and completed within a short timeframe to allow for the new tenant to move in.

Unison Built has been engaged by MRDG and a commercial landlord to design and construct new offices at Mount St Prahran.

The works involve the transformation of an open shell into a new corporate office space, fit-out of boardroom and offices, and approximately 120sqm of new polished concrete flooring. The fit-out is to be undertaken in conjunction with Teska Carson.
