OJM Property Maintenance

Bathroom renovation complete. Removed old painted tiles that had blue grout. New subway tiles with charged ash grout, new vanity and tap ware. New shower base and tap ware. New floor tiles in light grey colour.

Converted a deck alfresco area into a sitting room. Removed wall, relocated door, added windows into new walls, insulated, plastered, painted, feature wall, mounted TV, matched the flooring. Customers are so happy with end result. Went and put flyscreen in, and all the furniture is in, and the blinds. Looks amazing if I do say so myself.
