Tree Crew Groundsperson (Groundie) – Immediate Start

We’re looking for a reliable Groundsperson (Groundie) to join our professional tree crew. This is a great entry-level role with a clear career pathway in arboriculture.

Must-haves:
• Current driver licence
• White Card

About the role:
• Assisting climbers and crew on site
• Site set-up, traffic control support, and clean-up
• Operating and maintaining basic equipment
• Following instructions from the Team Leader and Managing Director
• Working safely in line with WHS policies and procedures

What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• School leavers encouraged to apply
