Our weeks have been busy with make safes and the very start of restoration for many homes and our hearts go out to those hit much worse.

It's been a hell of a year already.
Between the usual chaos we've had tech issues, upcoming staff changes, and Covid sit-outs.
Nothing keeps us down, though! Our thanks to everyone for their patience: Trying times, but we'll get to everyone asap.
