How many classes should you actually be doing each week? 🤍
This is one of the questions we get asked the most.
“How many sessions should I be aiming for?”
For most people, 2-3 sessions each week is a really great place to start.
Because here’s the thing...
Progress doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from showing up consistently.
Your body needs time to recover, adapt and get stronger between sessions. That’s just as important as the workout itself.
So instead of trying to squeeze in a class every day, focus on building a routine that feels realistic for your life.
A routine you can stick to when work gets busy.
When the kids are sick.
When motivation dips.
When life inevitably happens.
Because that’s where lasting change comes from.
Not from doing everything perfectly for two weeks.
But from moving your body, week after week, in a way that feels sustainable.
That’s why we encourage most of our members to aim for 2-3 classes each week.
Enough to build strength.
Enough to feel the benefits.
Enough to create a habit that lasts.
Because movement should support your life-not become another thing that feels impossible to keep up with.

Neither do we. That’s why as a part of The Winter Collective, we are starting Community Coffee Catchups this Sunday, 28th of June at 9:30am!
You are invited to come down to Stable, grab a coffee, tea, or brekkie, so you can have the time and space to catch up with your TBM family.
This is literally just a time and a place for all of us to get together regularly for a chance to chat, laugh, share, and connect.

❄️The Winter Collective 2026❄️
29 JUNE - 9 AUGUST
Registration from 22 - 28 June!
The Winter Collective (TWC) is a 6 week program, running from 29 June - 9 Aug, 2026, designed to make the colder months feel a bit warmer by filling them with community-building events, workshops, surprise giveaways to registered participants, prizes, and that little extra motivation to keep you committed to your own health and wellness - when your bed feels extra extra cozy at 6am. 😉
Plus everyone who attends 18 sessions from 29 June - 9 August (that’s only 3 classes per week!) and sends in their favourite winter recipe(s) will receive an exclusive TWC hoodie!
All of the 18 sessions must be booked and paid for via our TBM MINDBODY booking system with our TBM pricing options - unfortunately attending classes with ClassPass, donation classes, and/or free events will not count toward your 18 sessions.
