Inbound Migration tackles difficult case
We were contacted by a frantic mother located in Canada on the weekend, whose son, here to study medicine at a QLD university, told us that her son’s enrolment had been cancelled because they stated that the student did not hold a valid visa any longer. Potentially facing losing over $40,000AUD in university enrolment fees, the mother contacted us for help with less than a week to go to withdraw from the course. This degree in medicine is more than $350, 000 and the university was blankly refusing to keep his admission.
We assessed the situation to discover where the problem lay and identified some failings of the university. We contacted them to advise them of the situation and after many emails, we were able to rectify the situation and have the certificate of enrolment re-instated.
From there we worked with the student and his mother to resolve the issues with the visa. We have even gone so far as assisting with the booking of the flight, visa and accommodation in New Zealand within a day of receiving the new CoE.
The mother was so grateful for the work we put in and for the successful outcome praising our tenacity and professionalism.
Its cases like this where we excel. Often agents won’t tackle difficult or complex cases or in some cases, provide bad or misguided advice which can often exacerbate the problem further.
At Inbound Migration, we don’t shy away from difficult cases, we rise to the challenge and offer you the best advice, working with you to resolve the situation.
Not all difficult cases can be resolved, but we can promise that we will do everything possible to resolve the situation and get you the best outcome we can.
