Would you like to join the RACGP Queensland Faculty Council?
RACGP Queensland is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from medical students who are interested in becoming the next medical student representative on the RACGP Queensland Faculty Council.

The council is the elected advisory body to inform the RACGP Board and to represent the interests of College members in Queensland. As the medical student representative, you’d offer an important and valuable perspective on a wide range of matters discussed by the council.

To be eligible you’ll need to be:
a medical student currently studying at a Queensland university
interested in primary care and have an interest in a career as a GP
available to attend up to six Faculty Council meetings (via Zoom) throughout 2025
no prior experience is necessary; however, a desire to encourage students into a career in general practice and ensure the perspectives of medical students are heard is required.

Submit your EOI by 4.00pm (AEST) Friday 10 January 2025 including:
100–150 words telling us why you’d like to be the RACGP Queensland Faculty Council medical student representative
a copy of your current CV.
