Over the past year, Marcos from Salt Performance has had an incredible impact on Maya’s surfing, strength, confidence, and mindset. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or intermediate surfer, this 6-Week Surf Training Program is specifically designed for you.

I created this program based on years of coaching, training athletes, and working closely with all my clients from beginners to professional surfers. The feedback since launching the program has been incredible.

If you’re serious about improving your surf performance, learning proper technique, and understanding the foundations of balance, strength, coordination, agility, and body awareness, this program is for you.

What you’ll learn throughout the program:

Week 1–2 → Build body awareness, movement control, Surf Stance and improve your pop-up technique.
Week 3–4 → Develop better understanding of your bottom turn and top turn mechanics.
Week 5–6 → Learn how to generate speed, flow, and performance on the wave.

This program took me nearly 4 years to develop, test, and refine through experience with clients of all levels, including competitive athletes and award-winning surfers.
