Training 4-5 days strength, changing some food habits like cutting down some food, increasing the intake of other ones, timing⦠+ increasing activity (mainly walks)

Awesome 2 months transformation & client spotlight πͺπ½ππ½
has been doing really good work and the results are coming!
Following an online program 3 days per week, good habits and having quite a flexible diet for the moment.
In only 2 months he had a good body recomposition, losing 1,5kg and a little bit of hip/waist body mass but gaining strength, muscle and 7 total cm!! How good

Starting with dynamic movements, Glute & CORE activation (+specific mobility if you need)

It will change each 1-2 weeks. Mostly focus in Full Body workouts x 3 times/week. With Strength and Cardio exercises.
Plus 2 extra optional sessions focused in the main parts you would like to improve.
πWe'll have, constant communication, support and feedback.
After each session you can write me some feedback by private conversation to see how it was, if you have any question and keep progressing.
