Bootz's Journey with TuffRock Australia SUPER-TUFF with Kakadu Plum – One Month On 🐕

Many of you have followed Bootz's journey over the years. 🐾

At 11 years of age, Bootz has certainly earned his keep. After a lifetime of working livestock, he's now enjoying a slower pace of life. These days, rather than doing the day-to-day workload, he's spending more time training for working dog trials, something he still absolutely loves. 🐾

Like any veteran working dog, we'd begun to notice the signs of age. He was looking a little tired around the eyes, his energy wasn't quite what it used to be, and although he was still keen to work, he just didn't seem to have the same spark. 🐾

A month ago, we introduced TuffRock Australia's SUPER-TUFF with Kakadu Plum into Bootz's daily routine. We weren't expecting miracles, we simply wanted to support his health from the inside out and help him stay comfortable, active and enjoying life as a senior dog. 🐾

Just one month later, we've been genuinely impressed with the changes.🐾

The first thing we noticed was his overall appearance. Bootz looks brighter and more youthful. That tired look has faded, his eyes have more life in them, and he's carrying himself with renewed confidence.🐾

His energy levels have also lifted noticeably. Whether he's out training or simply enjoying being around us, he has a spring in his step that we hadn't seen for some time.🐾

The biggest surprise, though, has been his improvement during trial training.🐾

Anyone involved in working dog trials knows that backing sheep requires confidence, balance, agility and commitment. It's physically demanding, particularly for an older dog.🐾

As Bootz has aged, we'd started to notice that backing the sheep was becoming more of a challenge. It wasn't a lack of willingness, his mind was still as keen as ever, but his legs were becoming tired more quickly, and that was beginning to affect his confidence and ability to get up and travel across the backs as freely as he once did.🐾

Over the past month, we've seen a noticeable change. Bootz is backing with far more confidence and purpose. He's getting up onto the backs more easily, travelling across them with greater balance and commitment, and looking far more comfortable while doing it. For an 11-year-old dog, that improvement has been incredibly pleasing to watch and has given us confidence that he's feeling much better physically.🐾

Every dog is different, and no supplement replaces good nutrition, sensible management, regular exercise and quality care. Those things will always be the foundation of keeping a working dog healthy.🐾

All we can do is share our own experience. For Bootz, SUPER-TUFF with Kakadu Plum has become an important part of his daily routine, and based on what we've seen over the past month, we're delighted with his progress.
