We're building two 3D-printed homes for a social housing project with Homes Victoria using technology that prints the walls directly in concrete. From there, the roof goes on and the build finishes much like one of our standard homes.

The result will be a 8.5-star rated home — cooler in summer, warmer in winter, durable, and built efficiently. It's a glimpse at how construction can adapt to meet rising housing demand.

Last month, we were proud to welcome the Premier, Minister for Housing and Building, Minister for Planning and Members for Geelong and Lara on site to see it in action.
