After a few months out of the water due to injury, we finally made the big step getting back into the pool today 💙
The main goal for this participant is to keep her body moving and build strength in a safe, supportive way. We work towards this by attending hydrotherapy once a week, focusing on gentle movement, confidence, and consistency.
