All in One

Last week some of our staff attended our Team Building Day held at Corio Community Sports Club. The day focused on connection, meaningful conversations, continuous improvement, and how we can transfer this into practice to achieve improved outcomes for the people we support. Our Netball matches were a highlight of the day, with some great competition and laughs all round! 💙🩷🩶

Participant spotlight: We have been supporting Tracey for over 7 months now and she continues to increase her independence and build capacity with tailored supports. Mia here is Tracey's key support worker and has been providing consistent supports from the very beginning. Social connection, accessing the community, assisting with household tasks and art/craft have been a key focus of our support with Tracey. Through this, Tracey has regained a sense of belonging and continues to thrive with consistent supports in place. Tracey has a positive outlook with all things in life and always has a smile on her face, which makes supporting her an absolute pleasure. We can't wait to see what the future brings for her. 🩷

Meet Sam! Community Support Worker at All in One. Sam joins All in One with over 6 years of customer service and holds a Certificate III in Retail. Sam possesses many transferable skills and is a delight to be around. Sam is naturally calm and easy going while, extremely driven and committed to delivering results for the people he works alongside. Sam is very much a people person and can develop meaningful and trusting connections with people from the outset. In his downtime Sam enjoys going to the gym, being in nature and spending quality time with friends and family. 💙
