Something very different today, modular house er****on. Including leveling of floor, plumbing up of the walls and sealing of the joins of external walls, floor and roofing. Quick timber stairs to allow easier access to external doorway.

Installed existing window at property into a new opening. Reinstalled French doors and matched existing cladding to lock property up.

A lot of work coming ahead at this project with a lot of exciting changes to come both externally and internally.

Absolutely prime day to get some framing done

Trying out the “work from home lifestyle” for a couple of days. New bulkheads and wall installed, all straightened and ready for MJE Plaster to work his magic and make it look good.
