So....!

I was a bit sceptical about posting this subject. “Shadow work” is something I have been focussing on and working on for the past few months. I have read many books, listened to many podcast and watched many videos/ youtube channels about this and I am still trying to figure it out!!
After getting “deep” into this subject I started to complete journal prompts and “shadow work books” to get me on the right track... and surely it did.

As you would have seen throughout our posts we have spoken a lot about our “higher selves”, “manifestation”, “personal development” and so on but none of this really matters or will truly work if we don’t confront what is hiding behind us or inside us like a “shadow”. So here today I am presenting a little summary and some great journal prompts (Which some I have to give credit to from Pinterest).

If you are looking to work on your “inner self” starting with something like this is going to kick start your personal development journey.

Be cautious, be kind to yourself but most importantly be true.
