RECOVERY IS KEY! šŸ”‘

Recovery is just as important as doing all the hard work day in day out. Our bodies need time to recover, adapt and become stronger.

Granted I am one who wants to workout every day to get those gains šŸ’Ŗ however knowing the importance of rest has helped me and may help you get the best results šŸ‘

For example: Cold water therapy is one of the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method and has been linked to various health benefits such as:
- Speeds up metabolism
- Reduced inflammation
- Reduced swelling
- Reduced soreness in muscles
- Boosts your immune system

FYI it is recommended via Wim Hof Method to do ice baths or cold showers but it was bloody cold in that water 🄶
