🎉 What an incredible few days at the Gatton Show! 🎉

We had a fantastic time meeting so many wonderful people from across our community, sharing the story of Bootstraps Veterans Charity, and talking about how our leathercraft programs to support veterans, their families, and members of the local community living with PTSD and other mental health challenges.

It was heartwarming to see so much interest in what we do, and we'd like to thank everyone who stopped by for a chat, asked questions, purchased our handmade products, or simply took the time to learn more about our mission. Your support means the world to us.

You might remember the handcrafted leather duffle bag that our boys have been working so hard on over the past few weeks. Well... they did finish it and here is a picture, we couldn't be prouder of the result! 👜

On Saturday, we had the privilege of donating the duffle bag to Stanbroke Beef to be included in their charity auction in support of Gatton Hospital. What an amazing auction it turned out to be! Between the generous meat packs, beautiful cow hides, and the final major auction package that included our handcrafted duffle bag, more than $5,000 was raised for the Gatton Hospital.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making the auction such a tremendous success, and a huge thank you to Stanbroke Meats for giving us the opportunity to contribute to such a worthwhile cause. It's another wonderful example of our community coming together to support one another.
