Do you get a lot of CNC and laser cut parts for your fabrication and supply business. We have the capability to deburr mass parts in our tumblers. A client took the opportunity to have 250 of each part deburred. The process was previously done manually adding increased cost in labour and consumables to complete the work. Using our deburring service for parts allowed the client to better utilise labour on other work whilst having 500 parts deburred using our vibratory tumblers. Reduce cost, increased productivity, better labour utilisation.

We have 2 machines available for deburring.
A 550mm wide x 2 mtr trough and 600mm bowl for smaller parts.

Parts are deburred, cleaned in inhibitor to stop flashing rust, quality check completed.

Parts can be either prime in wet primer or powder coated in house also.

Some before and after shot of some rods recently superfinished. The story we have a Morris Minor engine that has been sitting in a yard for years. Motor has been stripped and all barts are being checked and superfinished for assembly.
