The Android powered TA-1500 fixed mount mobile radio can run multiple applications and operate as a PTToC Two-Way radio. The radio has dual nano SIM cards allowing for multiple network redundancy. Capable of answering and making phone calls while combining navigational / work applications and ToooAir PTToC Two-Way radio in the one unit. The unique Android OS ensures all applications installed are kept up-to date and future configurations and updates can be pushed over air. The 4” touch screen display makes selecting menu options a breeze with private calling a touch away. The powerful 5W speaker produces loud clear audio for every transmission received and all audible alerts. Rear external speaker connectivity supports additional audio performance.

Wide Area Coverage

The TA-1500 connects into the huge 3G/4G/4GX cellular data network. With external antennas for cellular connection and onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities ensures the unit stays connected underground and in tunnels throughout Australia.

Group Call (One to Many)

User can select pre-programmed groups and instigate a group call and talk to all members of the group. User can also be part of multiple groups and choose the group it belongs to.

Private Call (One to One)

User can select an individual radio or dispatcher to perform a one-on-one private call outside the group.

Missed Call Alert

If the user misses a private call the radio will prompt an audible missed call alert for 30 minutes.

Dedicated SOS

A dedicated SOS button that when held in for 3 seconds sends an alert to all other units and the dispatcher. An audio alarm and street level location is immediately displayed on the dispatch PC.

Internal GPS

Engine The internal GPS engine reports its position every 60 seconds to the dispatcher (Programmable).

Telephone Connect

Optional full duplex private telephone connection.
