Our Bag Work Class is designed for members who want to improve their Muay Thai skills, fitness, and conditioning without the need to hold pads or work with a partner. Perfect for early mornings when you want to get in, train hard, and start your day feeling accomplished.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Sharpen your technique and get a great workout all before 8am.

Winter PT is back!
3 x 30 minute PT sessions for $180.
When the weather gets colder, it's easy to lose motivation, stay indoors, and move less. But staying active during winter is one of the best things you can do for both your physical and mental health.
Regular movement helps boost your energy levels, improve your mood, strengthen your immune system, and keep your fitness on track until the warmer months return.
One short PT session each week can help keep you accountable, maintain consistency, and stop a small break from turning into a long one.

Bad pad holding can throw off your timing, affect your technique, and even increase the risk of injuries. Good pad holders help create smoother rounds, better combinations, more realistic timing, and better overall training for both people.
Join our Pad Holding Workshop and learn:

We're introducing Open Mat on Monday at 5-6pm
What is Open Mat?
Open Mat is unstructured training time.
Instead of a coach-led class, the space is open for you to train however you want. You can hit the bags, hold pads with a partner, spar, drill techniques. Getting extra training in at your own pace.
It is basically time to work on what *you* need, without a set program.
Booking is necessary. Book your spot via GymMaster app.
