We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Fairhaven’s very own Celina Matlock, who represented the Club at Surf Life Saving Australia’s National Leadership College (NLC) this February 🙌

Held in Sydney, the NLC is the premier leadership development program in the country, bringing together young lifesaving leaders from across Australia – with just six representatives from Victoria.

Celina described the experience as both powerful and impactful, not only for her lifesaving journey but also for her personal growth. A standout highlight was building strong connections and friendships with like-minded leaders from around the country.

She returns to Fairhaven with fresh ideas, new perspectives, and valuable lessons to share with our community. 👏

We’re also incredibly proud of Nancy Joseph and Michael Henderson, who once again played a key role in delivering this outstanding national program.
