Allow the sacred breath, sacred sound light, peace meditation to cleanse, clear and clarify, as you become calm, centred and connected.

What do you feel, sense or see when you breathe into the lungs and heart?

Sounding the AUMs feel and sense the vital air called prana, chi, manna, life force.

Sitting in silence and serenity, we feel and sense what is happening to

Intention is powerful.

You’re welcome to join at any time during the live stream or after, but you’ll have to catch up on what we’ve covered. We’re sure if you’re an avid or beginner meditator you’ll get something out of this. Give it a go if you feel it’s for you. 😇

At the end of the 21 days we’ll do 21 AUMs with the connection to source energy, consciousness, All that Is. The I AM presence. God, Universe, whatever that may be in your tradition and belief.

On the 22nd day, we’ll resume the 21 AUMs to all the parts.
