Balanced Ground

Tiny hands and tiny feet 🩷 This beautiful 10 year old, at the end of our session, tuning into her intuition to check in with her higher self and the message she needed to receive 💫

I simply handed her the oracle cards and off she went without any guidance from me. Her eyes closed, she slowed her breathing, then began feeling the energy of where she was being called. Like magic before my eyes 💎

She chose her card read the words, described
what she saw, how it made her feel and how it connected to her true self. All without question or hesitation. Trusting herself so effortlessly and knowing she was safe to share this expression of herself.

And it got me thinking? How can we, as adults, tap into this same energy of trusting ourselves without hesitation or judgement or attaching to the outcome or trying to ‘do it right’? And instead, simply trusting ourselves and the wisdom within.
