Alex recently joined Advance Financial Planning, bringing with him valuable experience as a Treasury Analyst with a national accounting and audit firm. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is currently pursuing a Master of Financial Planning at Deakin University. Alex is committed to continuously expanding his knowledge of the financial advice industry and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Federal Budget Summary 2024-25 On Tuesday evening, the treasurer Jim Chalmers handed down his third Labor budget. A Budget surplus of $9.3 billion is forecasted for 2023-24 which will be short-lived with an underlying cash deficit of $28.3 billion is expected in 2024-25 (and a $42.8 billion deficit for 2025-26).
