Lit up at night to please and excite.. Melbourne City from along the Yarra River is always most Marvellous .. A city always planned out and designed for pleasure and good health …From its early settlement until now it is still kicking big goals as a city... I heard yesterday, Melbourne has recently taken yet another award as ‘The Best City in the world’.. I’ve been telling that to loads of people almost every day for 4 years this May.. Despite it’s major housing crisis and the ridiculous amounts of roadworks going on at the moment due to its vast development, it’s still the easiest job in the world.. Its growth is phenomenal- when in 2005 we were 3.3 million yet only 20 years later we are close to reaching 6!! That’s almost double in such a short time! No wonder we can’t catch up.. I feel so lucky to have been born and bred here.. My job of sharing stories about how wonderful this city really is, is already done before I even begin 😉 🙏🏽💛🌃

One of the great bonuses to being a tour guide is … My very own private viewing of the cutest little penguins on the planet!! Coming home with full bellies to feed their families who have been waiting for them on the land for sometimes days, weeks or even months!! .. They are such beautiful brave strong and funny little creatures working up their courage and using those little feet to make their way from the water and up those dunes to find their burrows and offspring .. Aside from my commentary OMG OMG ! 😳🫢🙄 Can you hear the gentle cacophony? … I just couldn’t believe my eyes when they first appeared at my feet! 🙏🏽💛.. Location remains secret to protect the animals sorry , not sorry 😉😇🫢😳😂
