CaFHS Child Health and Development checks open to all families in our community!

✨ Thinking of booking your child in for their Child Health and Development Check? Now is the time because CaFHS will be available for bookings at The Benevolent Society office (John Rice Avenue, Elizabeth Vale) on Wednesday 17th of June

This is a FREE head to toe physical health assessment, developmental screening and caregiver well-being check for any children 0-5yrs and their families.
