Living Authentically

I am so excited to welcome you to the new space in Edithvale. After a year of expansion out of the home clinic and into Mentone, this new space in Edithvale is only 140m from the beach. While I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow my business at Mentone, it was time to spread my wings again. As you know my business is called Living Authentically, so I am constantly called to walk my talk and when something no longer aligns I have to take action.

Within the clinic there are other practitioners including a psychotherapist, psychologist and speech pathologist. As many of you know I am currently studying Gestalt Psychotherapy so this move feels very aligned.

Sometimes all you have energy for is to get up and get through another day. It will pass and maybe not in the timing you would like and while can’t control our external world we can choose to be kind and compassionate with ourselves along the way. I’m not saying it’s easy, I know it’s not. Breathe, sing, cry, move your body, whatever helps you to not store the stress as much. Today’s sun rise has reminded me that no matter what is going on, nature always shows us the way. The sun will keep rising and setting and every new day is an opportunity, even when it doesn’t feel like it. Choose the more gentle path today 💖
