I just want to give a shout out and say happy 21st to an awesome human being.
He walked into my gym as a quiet and shy 15 year old. He quickly bacame part of the family and a friend. After alot of hard work and dedication he had a couple of fights and started helping me train the kids classes. My proudest moment of him came not in the gym or in the ring. It was the speech he gave at his mum's wedding. A true gentleman and good honest bloke.

Hey crew, I've had a couple of spots on Saturday morning become free.
Hit me up if you want to jump in.
30 minute sessions available. Train 1 on 1 or train with a friend .
Boxing, muay thai, strength & conditioning, specific sports training and everything fitness related.
Current clients range from 10 years to 62 years.
Past clients include state level netball, hockey and wafl players, number 3 at national level for bmx racing and competitive fighters.
