A recent vanity replacement in Inglewood

Customer had repeat blockages from tree roots and after some investigating we found some dodgy initial and repair work so had to rectify

We used the drain inspection camera to locate the blockages to pinpoint the problem

This client had a small kid’s bathroom that she wanted to renovate on a very tight budget. She also wanted it to have a separate shower and bath. We recommended putting a 1600 bath tub in as it was only to be used to bath small kids and will save her money on her water bill.
To save on costs we recommended the following
* Use Exterior grade VG boards to keep labour costs down. It’s much quicker to install tiles. The shower area was tiled.
* Refurbish an old piece of furniture saving thousands on a vanity. This not only saves $$$ but adds character and is the sustainable option. Any good plumber with be able to fit it up for you.
* Keep the exiting footprint of the bathroom to keep first fit plumbing costs down.
* Don’t cut cost on the fixtures (taps etc.) We advise to always use decent hardware in the bathroom. It will save you money in the long run. As the saying goes, “buy cheap, buy twice” runs very true in this case.
