Darwin Model Flying Club

Have a car full of foam planes for the club, all in good condition. Generously donated by Eric taxi driver, a great ex epac member and excellent gentleman i met today in Palmeston. All will be at dmfc tmrw (minus 2). Thankyou Eric.

New stik fuse on the way, cnc cut out, fits together like a jigsaw puzzle, using formers, linkage tubes, rudder and tail from last battle. Gotta have a Stik!

Brand new Ugly Stik, Rossi 60, solid construct foam, balsa and glass wing, all up 3.1 kgs. Will fly real nice, scrutineering tmrw

Maintenance time, quickies are ruthless, one false move...
One bad rcvr (red) and one bad landing (me). Will be back v soon!

Meanwhile 2 ugly stiks coming on, vac bagged tail pieces done, vac rocks. Fuses ready to assemble. Bollie foam wing cutter under repair new alum Z axis mounts.

Latest 40 sport plane in work. Stiletto kit, fibre fuse, wings and tail now mylay vac glassed nice. Will be a very good flier indeed
