I will be holding a workshop for making something similiar for christmas time :D

A customer cake went out this weekend and they were stoked ! :D With the request of a unique 50th Harley Davidson themed cake I think I pulled it off rather well. Chocolate mousse and caramel creme filling between four layers, orange flavoured chocolate dripping surrounding 50 chrome candles. A fondant bike replicating the customers own bike ( damn fondant melts fast in Darwin! :P ) topped the cake. A massive Harley Davidson logo turned out to be a hidden surprise with a hollowed out section containing Harley Davidson one million dollar novelty notes ( imported from the UK a week before ;)) which the birthday boy was over the moon about!
