When Queen Elizabeth II visited Darwin in 1977, it seems someone forgot to brief her on the Aussie rules grand final match she attended. She wore a red and white dress - the very colours of one of the teams. Here’s St Mary's Football Club's former president, and the longest-ever running president in AFL history, Vic Ludwig, describing the crowd's reaction.
