Today is Wear Orange Wednesday (WOW Day). 🧡

I’m certainly no stranger to donning the orange uniform, but this year I’m away and off duty. I still couldn’t let the day pass without adding a little orange to recognise and acknowledge emergency service volunteers and staff across the country.

Today is about recognising and acknowledging the incredible emergency service volunteers and staff right across Australia who give up their time, support their communities, and step up when people need help most.

The Nightcliff Seabreeze Festival and Mother’s Day all in one weekend… what more could you ask for?

It was a gorgeous dry season afternoon spent by the sea enjoying the sun, good vibes and everything we love about the Top End lifestyle.

This morning I attended the ANZAC Day service at the Adelaide River War Cemetery.

It was a meaningful opportunity to pause and reflect, not only on the service and sacrifice of so many, but also on the service of my own family across both Australia and New Zealand.

Days like today are a reminder of the legacy carried through generations, and the values of service, resilience, and mateship that continue to shape who we are.

Lest we forget.
