Last week our team attended the NSW Fall Prevention & Healthy Ageing Network’s 2026 Annual Forum. It was a great opportunity to hear the latest on fall prevention with expert speakers, research updates and more.

While falls are the most common type of injury for those aged over 65 and are responsible for 77% of injury hospitalisations, did you know that increasing balance and strength in the lower limbs helps to prevent falls in over 65 year olds?
