To minimize injury risk and maximize performance, it is Important to prime the body for the movement pattern it is about to complete.
Here I perform 3-5 reps of the following:
- Sn**ch grip Deads
- Sn**ch high pulls
- No contact muscle snatches
- Over head squats
- High hang snatches
