In real estate, visibility matters.

But visibility alone doesn’t sell homes.

What matters more is how you’re represented once buyers start paying attention.

How conversations are handled.
How interest is managed.
How opportunities are created and negotiated.

Because a great result isn’t just about being seen.

It’s about what happens after.

We love this state.

The coastline, the lifestyle, the communities, and the uniquely Western Australian spirit that makes this place unlike anywhere else.

For 37 years, Realmark has been proudly WA-owned and operated, growing alongside the people and communities we call home.

Happy WA Day, WA 💙

When people choose an agent, they often focus on the individual.

But what sits behind that person matters just as much.

Every campaign involves constant decision-making. Interpreting buyer feedback, understanding intent, managing negotiation and knowing when to adjust approach.

These aren’t one-off moments. They build over time and directly influence the final result.

Being part of Realmark means those decisions aren’t made in isolation. There’s a broader team, shared knowledge and a depth of experience that supports every campaign.

That collective strength is what allows for more considered decisions and stronger outcomes.

If you’re thinking about selling, it’s worth understanding what sits behind the process. Reach out today! 🏡✨

When I launched A Year in Bloom, the idea was simple- to celebrate women in our community who quietly give so much of themselves to others.

I was moved reading so many of the beautiful nominations that came through, however one story really stood out.

Congratulations to our winner, Tamryn 🌸

Her partner Cameron shared that while most people only see the big moments, he sees the thousands of small things she does every single day without ever asking for recognition.
“The first one up making lunches, getting the kids ready for school, cleaning the house, cooking meals, organising our lives and somehow still making sure everyone around her feels loved and cared for.”

He described her as “the heart of our family”, “our calm in the chaos” and “the reason our family works as well as it does.”

It was impossible not to feel the love, gratitude and admiration woven through every word.

Tamryn will receive four beautiful seasonal bouquets over the next 12 months from the wonderful team at Bloom Store Subiaco- a small gesture to celebrate someone who gives so much to everyone around her.

Thank you to everyone who shared a nomination with us. Reading your stories was incredibly special 🤍
