Finally got the team back on the water after a long break. Taking the opportunity to get some practice in at the location for the 2026 F18 Worlds, and the sailing has been glamour.

Shout out to our brilliant physio Tania Allthorpe from West Coast Physiotherapy Centre, who is keeping the Australian athletic team in peak condition at the Olympics. The athletes are in the best hands in the business.
