Teachers, You know that feeling at around 2pm where you struggle to form a complete thought?

You’re sitting at your desk or getting students organised and you genuinely cannot remember what you were about to do?

That’s not age. It’s not laziness. That’s your brain telling you something critically important — and nobody has ever explained what.

Here’s the neuroscience. Your cortisol — your primary stress hormone — drops sharply in the early afternoon. After a day of sustained cognitive load, emotional regulation and constant decision-making, your prefrontal cortex — your thinking brain — has used up its available resources.

The 3pm crash is your brain filing an urgent resource request. And often you have to ignore it and push through.

The most powerful thing you can do in that moment takes only a few minutes.

I teach teachers a technique called the HI Reset — and it’s the first thing we cover in my 3-week live masterclass series starting next week.

$100. Three live sessions. Your brain will never hit 3pm the same way again.

We start this Thursday 16th April at 7.30pm AEST. See you there. 🧠
